SUMMARY
This project was developed to introduce and elevate UniDry Premium’s new Slim Magic Technology, highlighting its 2.3mm ultra-thin absorbent core as a key product innovation. 
The launching plan focused on communicating superior performance—high absorption for up to 13 hours, a soft shield surface, and dermatologically tested safety—while maintaining a gentle and caring brand image. 
The visual direction combined soft cloud textures, organic cotton elements, and clean blue tones to reinforce comfort, purity, and breathability. Clear iconography was used to simplify technical benefits and enhance consumer understanding at first glance, especially for the export market such as Australia and Europe.
Overall, the project successfully positioned UniDry Premium Cozy Baby Pants as an international technologically advanced yet baby-safe solution, strengthening product credibility and supporting purchase consideration through a balance of innovation, softness, and trust.
INSPIRATION
This launching packaging big idea draws inspiration from the golden era of classic advertising, when brands were built on trust, craftsmanship, and emotional storytelling.
The vintage visuals — tender moments between parents and babies, hand-drawn typography, heritage packaging, and nostalgic color palettes — reflect a time when products were presented not just as commodities, but as thoughtful companions in everyday life. We were inspired by the authenticity of custom-made labels, handcrafted lettering, and timeless brand marks that communicated quality without excess. The warm tones, retro illustrations, and intimate family scenes evoke feelings of safety, purity, and care — values that remain deeply relevant to baby diaper mood and tone.
By revisiting these heritage aesthetics, the project aims to blend nostalgia with modern sensibility, celebrating tradition while reinterpreting it for contemporary audiences. It is a tribute to enduring brand legacy with high trust, emotional connection between mom and kid, and the quiet power of clean and clear design.
COMPLETION
The project was completed by fully integrating the brand identity and character system into the product’s visual language. The penguin character was not treated as a decorative element, but as the emotional ambassador of the brand — bringing warmth, playfulness, and memorability to every touchpoint. 
By applying consistent brand colors, soft shapes, and seasonal styling (winter hats, scarves, ice, clouds), the character naturally enhanced the product story while reinforcing brand recognition. Each pose and expression was carefully designed to reflect key product benefits — comfort, protection, coziness, and gentle care — transforming functional attributes into relatable, visual moments. This cohesive application of brand assets ensures that the character becomes a recognizable signature across packaging, communication materials, and digital platforms.
As a result, the final output not only strengthens product differentiation but also builds a stronger emotional connection between the brand and its audience, completing a unified and distinctive brand image.
HIGHLIGHT
This project focused on developing an export-oriented packaging system designed to meet international standards and strengthen UniDry Premier’s global presence. 
The bold, high-contrast design with clear English messaging and universally recognized icons ensures strong shelf visibility and easy communication of key benefits in overseas markets. By highlighting premium features such as Japanese and German absorbent core technology and dermatological testing, the packaging reinforces product credibility and aligns with global quality expectations. 
The flexible layout also allows adaptation for different regulatory requirements and distributor information, supporting expansion into markets such as Taiwan, Australia, and beyond. Overall, the project positions UniDry Premier as a high-quality, export-ready brand, enhancing international competitiveness and driving global sales growth.

[Brand Aesthetic Direction] This co-branding campaign between Orion Toonies and Pokémon introduced 108 collectible Tazo discs to drive excitement and repeat purchases. It transformed the snack into an interactive experience, appealing to kids and nostalgic fans while strengthening brand competitiveness.
